Total Delivery Time The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing Time: 1-5 Business days (Monday - Friday)
Shipping Time: 10-15 Business days (Monday - Friday)
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 11-20 Business days
Order Cut-Off Time Our order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (EST) every weekday.
Orders placed before 6:00 PM (EST) Monday through Friday will be processed starting the same day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM (EST) will be processed starting the next business day.
Shipping Cost We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees. The shipping cost will automatically update to $0.00 at checkout.
Tracking Information Most orders will be delivered within the scheduled time frame. However, tracking updates may occasionally be delayed by the carrier. If your order has significantly exceeded the scheduled delivery time, please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you.
Important Notes on Delivery
Address Accuracy: To ensure proper delivery, please make sure your address is correct and complete. Use correct abbreviations and spaces. Feiluoni is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Unsuccessful Delivery: If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable (due to wrong address or unclaimed package), we will issue a refund for the item price.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local postal service first. Feiluoni is not responsible for packages that have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
