If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Defective/Wrong Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, Feiluoni will cover the return shipping cost or provide a full refund without return.
Customer Remorse (Size/Color/Changed Mind): If you are returning an item because it does not fit or you changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellations
Before Shipment: You can cancel your order for a full refund if you contact us within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for the package to arrive and then proceed with the return process.
